With one call, the client is able to obtain complete information including leak and maintenance calls, expenditures, photos, diagrams, and recommended actions for each building in their portfolio. The CSR aides each client in the roof portfolio management portal providing the necessary information for each building to assist in budget planning and warranty tracking, resulting in a clearer return on the clients investments.
