Our Customer Service Specialists (Specialists) and Accounting Professionals are specially trained in account management. Each RoofConnect client has a team of specified Specialists who maintains the entire client’s portfolio. With one call, the client is able to obtain complete information including leak and maintenance calls, expenditures, photos, diagrams, and recommended actions for each building in their portfolio. The Specialist aides each client in the roof portfolio management portal providing the necessary information for each building to assist in budget planning and warranty tracking, resulting in a clearer return on the clients investments.
Gina Nutt, Customer Service Manager
Within our Customer Service group we recently promoted Gina Nutt to Customer Service Manager. You may have worked with Gina in her previous role as our Technical Services Coordinator. We believe Gina will add fresh perspective and a new enthusiasm to our Customer Service team. We are excited about having Gina lead our Customer Service Team as we strive to continuously improve our deliverable to our customers.
Sharron Bates, Customer Service Specialist
Sharron has been a member of the RoofConnect Customer Service team since 2013. She is the proud mother of 3 – including a set of twins! Sharron enjoys Saturday night dirt track racing with her family.
Brenna Matkin, Customer Service Specialist
Brenna has been with RoofConnect since 2013 as our Customer Service Specialist. Brenna enjoys listening to music, being with her friends and family and especially caring for her strawberry blonde daughter born on Valentine’s Day! “She is my entire world.”

Angi Roberts, IT Manager
Angi joined RoofConnect in January 2012 as the IT Manager. In the last 10 years she has held positions from Desktop support to Network Engineer. She loves tackling the challenges that the IT field brings while keeping a customer service oriented attitude.

Melissa Whisenhunt, Accounting Coordinator
Melissa has been with RoofConnect since 2007. She started as an invoice processor and moved to accounting as our Accounting Coordinator. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a BS in Health Science. Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Cindy Wingard, Customer Service Specialist
Cindy has been with RoofConnect since 2006. Cindy has worked as a Customer Service Representative and in 2011 transitioned to the accounting department as an Invoice Processor. Cindy strives to exceed expectations!
