David Workman, President and CEO

David has over a decade of leadership experience in the commercial roofing industry working on both the manufacturing and contracting side.  He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas Little Rock in Industrial Management and attended the University of Arkansas Little Rock School of Law.   David’s passionate about delivering great customer service and exceeding customer expectations.   He actively works with the board of directors to ensure the consistent and professional performance of the RoofConnect organization. He is a member of Roof Consultants Institute, Professional Retail Store Maintenance, National Roofing Contractor Association, and sits on the board for the Center for Environmental Innovation in Roofing and the Roofing Alliance.

Jarred has been in public accounting nearly ten years and was an Accountant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers before joining RoofConnect in 2010. No matter how big or small the challenge, Jarred will always embrace it with the same positive, “I will get it done to the best of my abilities”, outlook!

Wade has over a decade of experience in finance and accounting with Fortune 500 companies.  He joined RoofConnect in 2007 as our Accounting Controller and CFO.  In 2010, Wade accepted the Vice President of Sales position.

Eric has a decade of experience in the roofing industry. Eric is the Vice President of Technical Services department and oversees all roofing surveys and project management. He has managed the portfolio for the largest retailer in the world since 2002. He is a Registered Roof Observer and a member of RCI and PRSM.



Jeremy Hill, Vice President of Operations

Jeremy Hill, Senior Director of Operations

Jeremy has over a decade of facilities management experience and quality control with a Fortune 500 company.  He joined RoofConnect in 2010 as our Director of Operations.  After four years of exceptional leadership, Jeremy was promoted to Vice President of Operations. Additionally, Jeremy is responsible for contractor performance and continuous improvement.  And make note…Jeremy is Six Sigma black belt certified.

Teresa Barnhill, Strategic Account Sales Manager

Teresa Barnhill, Strategic Account Sales Manager

Teresa has been with RoofConnect since 2005. She began as a customer service representative and moved to invoicing as a supervisor. Teresa played an integral role during the transition of RoofConnect’s centralized corporate headquarters to Sheridan, Arkansas a few years ago as Customer Service Manager. Teresa is now challenged with the daily management and development of RoofConnect’s core strategic accounts.

Wendy Lites, National Account Manager

Wendy Lites, Invoice Processor

Wendy is a graduate of the University of the Ozarks with a Bachelor’s degree in business, she has years of customer service related experience. She has spent the last year at RoofConnect as a Regional Account Manager, working with Public Sector customers, and has recently made the change to National Accounts Manager for our Central United States region. Wendy is the proud mother of two boys and enjoys spending her free time with her family in the outdoors.

Mark Matoska, National Account Manager


Mark came on board with RoofConnect in March 2014 bringing with him over 8 years experience in National Account Management as well as Government Account Management with Fortune 500 companies. Mark is based in our corporate headquarters and is responsible for Public Sector sales.

Robert Rowe, National Account Manager


Robert graduated from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has been passionate about sales and account management since 1998 (working for two fortune 500’s during that time). “I enjoy sales and the opportunity for interaction and exposure to different people and new ideas it provides.” Robert continually strives to best serve his clients and company. Robert is based in our corporate headquarters and is responsible for our Western United Sates region.


Mike Stivers, Director of National Account Sales

Mike has over 30 years in National Account Management and Operations with Fortune 500 companies. Mike joined RoofConnect in 2012 as a National Account Sales Manager. In 2016 he was promoted to Director of National Accounts, where he serves as a leader and mentor to our National Account Sales Team.

Rachel Mooney, Marketing Coordinator

Rachel Mooney, Management Executive Assistant

Rachel has been with RoofConnect since 2010. Rachel was a member of the customer service team for six months. In July 2010 she accepted the new position of Management Executive Assistant, serving as the right hand woman for the entire management team until August 2014. When the Marketing Coordinator position became available, she willingly stepped up to the plate. Rachel is excited about this new opportunity!
